I went in recently for my first tattoo with Masha as my artist! It was the best experience I could've had. She was able to capture what I wanted perfectly and I've never been happier. Masha has soft hands for sure and the pain was not as noticeable as I thought it would've been. Will be back for another with Masha!

This is my PERSONAL opinion.........if I could give this a shop a 10 cause they deserve it!!!! Let me start with Braxton (piercer) I have known him professionally well over 5 years....he goes above and beyond to make my experience GREAT and always always has options. Very clean all around. Doesn't give that unsteady feeling. Next is April permanent makeup artist OMG she is the BOMB she retouched my eyeliner. I told her black ink and she understood the assignment!!! I get so many compliments and I love it. So if you are thinking of getting any permanent makeup done April is your girl. Finally the owner/tattoo artist Jason I went in to have a consultation with him about getting a cover up tattoo....he could've easily said yes and took my money (like several others have done) without even thinking about the outcome of the area where I wanted to cover up. Instead he sent to a dermatologist and vascular surgeon. Well he definitely knew how dangerous tattooing over that area was. My vein surgen explained to me that if he would have tattooed over that area (which was begging of an ulcer) and the needle even nipped it a little would have been a life threatening and amputation. Thank God Jason knew better and was so honest and thorough cause he technically saved my life!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ENTIRE STAFF @ ALLIANCE TATTOO WITH MY EYES CLOSED GREAT PEOPLE *********

I got my first tattoo done by Masha yesterday and she did an amazing, if not perfect, job!! She was super informative with me about my tattoo every step of the way, from taking my ideas into a sketch, explaining how she was going to tattoo me during our appointment, and making sure I knew how to take care of my tattoo after! Because it was my first time, she made sure I was super comfortable throughout the entire appointment, always checking in on how I was feeling/doing! She was extremely patient with me when I constantly had to stretch because of my tattoo placement, and was super nice and willing to answer any questions I had :) She also helped me replace my 2nd second skin today because she knew it would be difficult for me due to its size and placement!! Masha is so thoughtful and caring, and I could not recommend her more for a tattoo!!

I was looking for an artist to take on a new look to a traditional image and was so lucky to have found Masha at Alliance! Her imagination, talent, and unique process captivated an image that is truly one of a kind! I am 100% coming back for more

Braxton the piercer is the best. Calm, kind, etc. Needed a little help putting retainers in for a mammogram. Called, felt immediately at ease, seen the next day. Gained a returning customer at Alliance!!!

Came from out of state and would definitely come again. Got tattooed by mariia and the details are just impeccable. Absolutely obsessed with her work

April did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I have a thyroid disease and one of the issues with it is the loss of eyebrow hairs at the tail end. She did eyebrow lamination and dye and wow, I have my eyebrows back. They look amazing, Thank you April!!!

Jason and Braxton are amazing! I highly recommend them for both piercings and tattoos. Super cool, fun, and professional with great vibes all around. They made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time, and I'll definitely be coming back for more work.

I've been going to this studio for a long time now and I am ALWAYS leaving with a huge smile on my face! I recently had to switch artists since the girl I used to see moved away, and Maria did such an amazing job!! She was so gentle and it was relatively painless! I'm SO obsessed with the work I left with, and not only that but during the appointment she was extremely thorough and meticulous and also very attentive which I really appreciate. The whole appointment, before tattooing during and after, she was a 10/10 tattoo artist and I will be coming back for all my future work

I would highly recommend if you need a piercing to go to Braxton super professional explained everything thoroughly i will definitely be recommending him.

I had an outstanding & painless experience today with Brakton at the Alliance Tattoo in Toms River. From lack of use, my right earring piercing from 50 years ago had partially closed up. Braxton fully explained his process & showed me his instrument before beginning. In less than 5 minutes, I had a completely patent earring canal again.

April is a hidden gem. If you need permanent make up (brows, lips, eyeliner, freckles) please see her. She also is an amazing make up artist if you need your face done for a wedding or special event. I highly recommend her.

UGHHHH GO TO MASHA RN. She is the sweetest. She was so incredible to work with both the designing process and the actual appointment! She designed this gorgeous tattoo for me and absolutely brought my vision to life. She was constantly checking in on me during the appointment and was incredibly thorough. I got a custom cover up by Mariia @tatt.berry and it is beautiful! She took my idea and we collaborated together to make a beautiful design. She is so talented-go get your next tattoo by her!

Just finished outline work on a big piece by @tatt.berry and I am speechless. It ended up amazing. She was gentle, meticulously, and comforting through the whole process. I cant wait until our next sessions to finish the piece! I will be recommending her to anyone i know that needs an artist.

Braxton is my go to guy for all my piercings, and he should be for yours too! All of them have turned out perfectly. The one helix piercing that gave me some trouble was addressed immediately, and it healed up great! Always professional, personable, and playing some sick jams which is helpful when you're getting pierced. You don't have to worry about sanitation here as he always uses new needles, jewelry, etc and frequently changes gloves. Sends you home with actually useful after care information, and is a call away should you have an issue. They will also replace jewelry with retainers for you (very small fee) if you ever need (like I needed once when I was getting X-rays at the dentist). 10/10 would recommend!

Thank you, Jason, for a great first tattoo experience. You captured so well how I wanted to memorialize my ancestor's service in the American Revolution. I am so very proud of this tattoo. I appreciated, too, the chill environment with quiet music.

Masha is absolutely incredible. From the consultation to the appointment itself, she took such great care of me and my tattoo! She mess attentive to my needs and always made sure I was comfortable! I will definitely be returning to her!

Forever grateful for such a special experience. I came in for a tattoo to Honor my father and for another tattoo with my daughter (it was her first!) Not only do we get to carry these tattoos with us, but the process itself was amazing thanks to our incredible artist Maria. She was so patient, thoughtful, and really took the time to make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way from designing the perfect tattoo to tattooing us. She also took the time to set us up for proper aftercare. She listened to what we wanted, checked in on how we were feeling, and created such a calm, warm, welcoming space. We honestly couldn't be happier with both the experience and the final art. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Second time there for someone there it's a few questions next time I went back to get my nose ring done

I've been getting tattoos from here for awhile but I got a handwriting tattoo from Masha recently and it was my first time going by to her and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! She helped me craft the perfect piece from letters from my grandparents and listened to exactly what I wanted! Not to mention the beautiful job she did during the actual appointment! Plus she gives cute little stickers at the end!!!

I got 3 piercings by the piercing lady, healed very nicely! Super clean place! Very impressed!

Masha is amazing!!!! She really takes her time to make sure your tattoo is absolutely perfect. I'm so happy with my new tattoo and am looking forward to getting more by her! Her designs are absolutely beautiful and she is amazing at color. Highly recommend!!

I have Taylor as my tattoo artist! She is the best and very professional. She does a great job, and has a great personality. When I'm not sure of something, l ll ask her for any input to help me with my decision, but she's not pushy at all. Time is never a factor when she's tattooing and she's very precise in all her work! Very comfortable and not a heavy hand! Keep up the great work Taylor! I highly recommend Taylor to anyone !

I was recommended by a work friend to go see Jason for my DC comics leg sleeve. It had been a while since I've been tattooed and i was nervous i would have a panic attack or pass out. Jay was not only professional, but friendly, accommodating, and understanding when i needed a break. He has done three tattoos on me and a touch up on my first ever tattoo. He made my first look even better. I go back at the end of august to get a halloween tattoo. Today i go to see taylor his recent apprentice to get a piece done. I will never go to another shop.

I just received my first tattoo ever along with my sister, which was her first also, and my niece who brought us since this was her third tattoo. We all got matching tattoos and Dusty was amazing. She was so sweet and professional! Everyone who was there at the shop was so nice!! The shop was clean and was such a comfortable setting!! We were so happy when we left! Thank you for making our first experience a pleasure! I would recommend this place to anyone! In fact I plan on going back to get my second tattoo and hopefully my husband will be joining to me to get his first!

Great atmosphere, clean place, great music, all staff are incredibly accommodating and polite and a joy to be around. Jason worked on my half-sleeve and is the most generous tattoo artist I've ever had. So down to earth, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Riz also does great work & totally cares for clients/anyone interested. Looking forward to getting more work done by Jason.

Amazing experience here. Receptionist was great and the piercer, John, was amazing. He made it great and was extremely respectful for a private piercing. He was quick and efficient and overall a great piercer. Totally go here if you're considering it. Out of my five piercings this was the best one yet!

Highly recommend! I had a tattoo done by Jason today, and I'm already itching to go back. Upon first entering, the place was immaculate. Before completing my tattoo, he listened to what I wanted and worked with me to design what I had in mind. He was easy to talk to and helped me to feel comfortable the entire time I was having the tattoo done. I had a great experience and will be heading back there for another!

My mom and I both got our nose pierced AND got tattoos spontaneously!!! SUCH a great experience, all the staff was extremely knowledgeable and kind and you can tell they care about their clients SO much!!! 10/10 will go back, this is an amazing shop.

WOW! Jason runs a comfortable, non-intimidating, friendly, happy, professional, tasteful shop. I would go as far to call it elegant.

My mom, aunt and I got matching tattoos here! They were so friendly, patient and professional (two of us were first timers). The place was very clean and the prices were very fair!! Dusty was extremely talented and very accommodating to us. She stayed later just to finish all three of us in one night!

Just got a hand tattoo done at alliance and it's hands down the best tattoo place in NJ. Super clean great people and Jason Mcgrady did a phenomenal job on my hand with the skull I wanted.

I had a thigh piece done here by Jason. Very professional, accommodating, relaxed, and welcoming. The tattoo ended up being beautifully done! He captured exactly what my pet looks like and paid attention to the finer details.

let me start by saying i felt like i knew the owner jason for my whole life. my first tattoo i honestly wouldn't think i would be so comfortable for no reason. he made my experience amazing. So clean, friendly, and affordable. you definitely get what you pay for and it's 10000 out of 10. we shared stories, memories, and shared so many laughs. i walked into the shop being a complete stranger walked out saying see you friday uncle j.
